For years, we made chocolate covered Easter egg candy, including peanut butter eggs coated in milk chocolate and coconut eggs covered with dark chocolate.  The boxed candy was sold in one-pound boxes for decades.  We work generally two days a week until Easter.  

The Easter Candy Project has been on hold since the start of the pandemic, but our egg recipes are still tightly held secrets ready for a future Lenten Season.
